Thank you very much indeed for hosting the Green Fair.  It proved to be an excellent location with superb support from your colleagues and students.

Towards the end of the event I went around all the stands to thank the “delegates” for coming and to get their reactions to the day.  Their comments ranged for it was a good and worthwhile day to it being the best event of its kind that they had attended.   Many of them, from the time they arrived, were full of praise for your students in the way that they welcomed people to the event and helped them to take their resources to the Sports Hall.  Clearly, the School must take a tremendous amount of credit for the success of the Fair for which TASS is exceedingly grateful.

A lot of praise was heaped on Sarah and her team in the kitchen for the superb buffet that you provided.  Thank you very much indeed for such excellent hospitality.  After it was all over I did see Sarah to thank her for her tremendous efforts and I would be happy for you to thank her again for me.  Again, your students did a magnificent job in ensuring that everybody was well looked after.  They were complimented by so many of the “delegates”.

Grateful thanks are due to you, your colleagues and students for getting all the table and chairs to and from the Sports Hall.  That was a tremendous effort which, I hope, didn’t cause too much of a disruption.

Again, I greatly appreciate the help and support given to me both prior to the event and on the day.  I hope that the School has gained from the occasion.  Certainly a great many people have gone away thoroughly impressed.
