“Dear Mr. Walker and Mr. Whittock,
It has been some time since we have been in touch as unfortunately, our paths have not crossed since Joscelyn left your school 1999.  On leaving Shapwick, he joined us in Hong Kong, where he attended South Island School and successfully completed his sixth form schooling with two A Levels, achieving a level ‘A’ in Art and a ‘C’ in Design Technology. He then attended Falmouth School of Art where he completed the Foundation Course in Fine Arts. After a year at the
University of East London, Jos won a place on the B.A. (Hons) course ‘Three Dimensional Design with Sustainability’ at Combined Universities in Cornwall.

Jos has just finished his studies and has been awarded a First; not bad for a genuine dyslexic. As you can imagine, we are delighted with his efforts and felt that we should share his achievements with you, as there is no doubt that it was your help and guidance, early on in his schooling, that set him on the road to his current academic success.
With best wishes,
Philip and Vanessa Bingham”
