Next weekend a team of eleven students from Edington and Shapwick School are heading on to Dartmoor for their first training session for the Ten Tors Annual event.

This team is preparing for the 45 mile event starting at 7am on a Saturday morning and finishing before 5pm on Sunday afternoon carrying everything they need!

Navigation is the key to success in this event as accuracy saves walking extra miles.  This expedition is over the wild areas of Dartmoor and does not include footpaths!
